How to Measure Your Wrist and Alternative Ways to Do It

Here at Pulseraz, we make sure that you get the best custom-fit piece to your satisfaction.  

To find the best fit, measure your wrist using the following methods.

Using a Tape Measure

  1. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist.
  2. Ensure it's snug. Do not put an allowance.
  3. Read the exact measurement in centimeters (cm) where the tape meets the zero (0) mark.
  4. If you are in between sizes round off to the next number.
    • Your exact measurement is 16.6cm, choose 17cm.

Using a String and Ruler

No tape measure? No problem! Use a string or strip of paper instead.

  1. Wrap the string around the wrist and mark where it overlaps.
  2. Lay the string flat and measure its length with a ruler.

Choosing the Right Size:

  • Select a size closest to your wrist measurement.
  • If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, opt for the larger size.

I ordered the wrong size; can you help me adjust it?

We’d be more than happy to assist you! All you have to do is send it back to us at the
address below through your preferred courier! The adjustment is free! You just
need to handle the shipping back and forth from our warehouse.

I received a damaged/incorrect item out of the box! How do return and have it exchanged?

Don’t worry we’ll make it right for you! Please message us on our Facebook or Instagram accounts so that our customer support team can assist you. Please provide us with pictures of the packaging and the damaged/incorrect items. Our customer support team will arrange a return and exchange at no extra cost.

We work with several reputable couriers to get your package to you.

Philippines - J&T Express, LBC Express and Lalamove

International – UPS

A tracking number or link will be sent to you via email and text.

If you have not received your tracking number kindly contact our customer support team.

What are your shipping lead times?

We work with several reputable couriers to get your package to you. We make sure that orders are properly checked for quality, cleansed, and energized before shipping out. Orders are shipped the next day except on Sunday and Holidays. Custom orders are shipped within 2 days depending on the availability of materials and complexity of the design.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

  • Metro Manila - 2-3 Days
  • Luzon - 3 to 7 Days
  • Visayas - 5 to 10 Days
  • Mindanao - 7 to14 Days
