Warranty

The warranty covers material defects and production faults reported within 15 days from the date your item was delivered.

Repair

For our client's security, we would like to inform you that any defective item/piece should be reported before you return it to us with the receipt/waybill. It's not our liability for the item's damage, loss, or theft during the transport.

Return

For our client's satisfaction, kindly include the changes that will be made on the item you will want to be repaired, re-adjust or re-size.

NOTE: THE shipping cost/fee will be shouldered by the client.
